Washing and Buffering System for Pallet Boxes

We present an advanced, automated system designed for the efficient handling, washing, and processing of basins. The process begins with the delivery of dirty basins to the entry point located on the lower level. Here, users manually remove the lids from the basins and place them into an adjacent rack, with each rack accommodating up to four lids. Once a rack is full, it is transferred onto a conveyor system, which automatically transports it forward for further processing. The basins themselves are moved onto a lifting mechanism that elevates them to the upper level. At this stage, a designated staging area before the washing machine can hold up to five basins. Simultaneously, the lid racks, still containing the lids, are lifted to a higher level and proceed directly to the washing process without rotation. Next, each basin is transferred to a turning device, where it is flipped upside down to prepare it for cleaning. The basin then enters the washing phase, undergoing a thorough cleaning and rinsing process, followed by drying. After drying, the basins are transported via conveyors through a lifting system to a buffer storage area. For immediate retrieval, an exit point is available that bypasses the buffering step. In the buffer storage, basins are stored upside down with their wide side leading. The storage system features four levels for basins, with the fifth, lowest level reserved exclusively for lid racks. At the retrieval stage, a lid rack with its lids is brought to the exit point, followed by four basins. Before final removal from the system, the basins are turned right side up. The system is engineered for durability and hygiene, with conveyor frames, lifting mechanism frames, and safety guards all constructed from high-quality stainless steel. This ensures a robust, corrosion-resistant solution suitable for demanding operational environments. This innovative design optimizes workflow efficiency, enhances cleanliness, and provides a reliable, user-friendly solution for basin processing needs.
